The house with 5 apartments, 17 rooms and several balconies is situated straight at the sea , has a beautiful view on the sea and offers ideal conditions to all, who are looking for recovery and silence. The house is in a very beautiful and calm position, on the edge of the locality Tisno and is rented whole year. The rooms and apartments are very fashionably equipped. The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning. At the internal private beach several sun couches (without surcharge) are to them at the disposal. A grill is also at your disposal. There is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house which disposes of parking spaces for cars. The landlord runs a restaurant in which he predominantly uses biological and fresh indgredients. The specialities of the restaurant are all fresh and are fished daily from the sea. In the restaurant fish specialities, crustaceans and mussels are served as fish meals. But there are also many Dalmatian and international meals for people who prefers not fish specialities. With all culinary delights, well-known wines from Croatia are offered to you. Shopping facilities are within easy walking or driving distances.
Because of the mild climate and the mistral, which blows in the summer, is this a perfect location for sailing and wind surfing .
